Evan Nystrom is the man behind Outlier Athlete Development and he has been training riders in the sport for ten years. His most recent success has been with Derek Kelley, but he’s loaded with talent for the 2024 season. Outlier helps riders like DK, Shane McElrath, Freddie Noren, and more with on and off of the bike training. Nystrom also happens to be the official trainer of Troy Dog, so that’s how he keeps his super manly physique.
Nystrom came on the pod to discuss where his passion for training came from, his roster for 2024, what it’s like going against other trainers in the sport.
